God bless the French for gifting us with the baguette, which has incorporated itself in to our worlds so brilliantly. Whether you prefer it with soup, as the shell to your favourite sandwich or even just on its own, the French baguette is without a doubt one of the world’s favourite types of bread.

Sourdough has put itself on the map in recent years due to the fact it tastes amazing and many people consider it healthier than regular bread, due to the naturally occurring ingredients, lactobacilli and yeast.
